Weekly Backups

If you manage a regularly visited website or a data–loaded web application, it is important to maintain a full backup of everything. Unfortunately, setting up an automatic backup solution can be tough. That is the reason why we offer you our Managed Servers deal – we take full responsibility to maintain a complete backup copy of your VPS web hosting plan, not just of your sites and data, but of all the custom configuration settings that you have created. Our backup scripts are run every week, saving all the customizations that you’ve made during that time period.

Installation & Troubleshooting

With a VPS Web Hosting Plan, you will have total freedom to run any kind of script or service on your server. Yet, a part of the scripts are more difficult to install and might require some extra configuration from you. This is where our Managed Servers solution will come in real handy. It features 30 minutes of installation & problem–solving procedures – this means that you can literally employ one of our proficient server admins for half an hour and have him help you with the installation process of any kind of application whatsoever that you need. Alternatively have him take care of a problem that you are having with your Virtual Private Server.

The Managed Servers package is bundled with most of our OpenVZ VPS Web Hosting Plans and it is an optional feature with the KVM VPS Web Hosting Plans.
